AI-Generated Content Declaration

Alysse uses AI image generation models to create all visual content. The characters depicted are entirely fictional and do not represent any real person, living or deceased. As such, the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 do not apply to the content on this website, as no actual human subjects are depicted.

Age Verification

Access to adult content on Alysse is restricted to users who are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction). Users must confirm their age during registration and before accessing any NSFW content.

Content Moderation

Alysse employs AI-based content moderation to prevent the generation of any content depicting minors or illegal material. All image generation requests are screened for prohibited content categories including but not limited to:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
• Content depicting minors in any sexual context
• Non-consensual content
• Content promoting terrorism or extreme violence

Complaints and content reports

Anyone — user or not — may report content on this service, and we commit to the timeframes below. No account is needed to make a report.

What to report

Content you believe is illegal; content you believe depicts or resembles a real person without their agreement; content that infringes your copyright or trademark; and anything that appears to involve a minor. Every character on this service is fictional and generated by AI, with no real person depicted — so a likeness complaint is about resemblance, and we treat it seriously on that basis.

How to report

Email compliance@alysse.me for anything illegal or involving a person, abuse@alysse.me for misuse of the service, or use the DMCA process for copyright. Include the page address and enough detail to identify the content.

What we commit to

We acknowledge every report within 24 hours and reach a decision within 7 business days. Where a report alleges that content is illegal or depicts a real person without agreement, the content is withdrawn from public view while we review it, not after — the review decides whether it returns, not whether it comes down.

Child sexual abuse material

There is no review period for this. Any report of material involving a minor is actioned immediately, the content is removed, the account is suspended, and the matter is referred to the competent authorities. Automated screening also blocks this category before generation; the reporting route exists for anything that screening misses.

If you disagree with our decision

Reply to the decision email within 30 days and the case is reviewed again by a person who did not make the first decision. This applies both to someone whose report we declined and to a user whose content or account we restricted.
