Alysse is a conversation platform with AI companions. The service includes:

• Text conversations with an AI character
• A permanent memory system
• Evolving relationship levels
• Adult content

4. Prohibited Content

Users agree not to use the service for:

• Any content involving minors
• Extreme violence or illegal content
• Harassment or threats
• Spam or abusive use of the service
• Attempts to manipulate the AI system

Any violation will result in immediate account suspension without refund.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Alysse offers free and paid plans. Payments are processed securely. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled in advance.

In case of cancellation, Premium access remains active until the end of the paid period.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on Alysse (text, images, code) is protected by copyright. Users retain their rights to their own messages.

7. Limitation of Liability

Alysse is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the service. Our companions are AI and do not replace real human interactions.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of important changes by email.
