DMCA & Content Takedown Policy

Alysse respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA), we will respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the DMCA.

AI-Generated Content Notice

All visual content on Alysse is generated by artificial intelligence and does not depict real persons. However, if you believe that AI-generated content infringes on your intellectual property rights (e.g., unauthorized use of your likeness, name, or copyrighted material in character descriptions), you may submit a takedown request.

Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

To file a DMCA takedown notice, please send a written communication to our designated agent that includes the following:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or a representative list if multiple works are covered.
  2. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including the URL or other specific location on the site.
  3. Your contact information: name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  4. A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Response Timeline

  • Acknowledgment: Within 24 hours of receiving a valid notice.
  • Removal/Action: Within 72 hours for clear violations. Complex cases may take up to 14 business days.
  • Notification: The user whose content was removed will be notified and may file a counter-notice.

Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was wrongfully removed, you may file a counter-notice containing: identification of the material removed, your contact information, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake, and consent to jurisdiction. Send counter-notices to dmca@alysse.me.

Reporting Illegal Content

For content that may involve illegal material (not copyright-related), including but not limited to CSAM, non-consensual imagery, or content depicting minors, please report immediately to:

Reports of illegal content are treated with the highest priority and may be forwarded to law enforcement.

Repeat Infringers

Alysse will terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights, in accordance with the DMCA.
